Inspector Boki and his assistant Oki are worried because their Agency for Solving Unsolvable Messes isn’t doing very well - work has stopped and nobody is writing to them. Rosa, the cleaning lady, harbors secret hopes of changing her job and conquering the stage to become a singing star, while the Postman keeps encouraging her dreams, sending her hundreds of letters every day.
