People have seen it in Greenland and in China, Spain and Norway, Finland and in Italy, Brazil and in Japan. So far, it has been performed over 1200 times, in 37 countries. This is the performance by Paolo Nani that has toured the most, and it continues to attract an audience of all ages.
Paolo Nani, alone on stage, with props that can fit in a suitcase, brings 15 stories to life, all of them based on the same theme, but played in 15 different versions. The same story forward, backward, with surprises, in a vulgar way, drunk, as in a western – horror or silent movie, as a circus act, and so forth. Without a single spoken word. The Letter is a sparkling study in style, creativity, and timing. It is filled with details and gags from start to end, arousing constant bursts of laughter among the audience.
